Crumbl Cookies Birthday Rewards

A saved birthday alone doesn't guarantee the voucher. A few things need to line up first.

• You're enrolled in Crumbl Rewards through the official app.
• Your birth date is saved in your profile a few days before your birthday, not the same day.
• Your account has reached Silver tier before your birthday month. That's commonly reported as roughly 500 lifetime Crumbs. Tier thresholds are set by Crumbl and can change, so treat this as a general guide, not a guarantee.

New or infrequent customers may need a few paid visits before their birthday to reach that tier. It's worth planning a little ahead instead of expecting the voucher to appear automatically.

1. Download the Crumbl app and join Crumbl Rewards, or sign in if you already have an account.
2. Open your profile and add or confirm your birthday well before your birthday.
3. Earn enough Crumbs from paid orders to reach Silver tier ahead of your birthday month.
4. Around your birthday, open the app and check the Vouchers section, not the general Rewards tab, for a "Happy Birthday" cookie offer.
5. Redeem it in-app at checkout, or show the voucher's QR code at a U.S. bakery register.

• It's a one-time perk tied to your birthday, separate from crumb-point redemptions you save up for.
• It typically covers one cookie from that week's lineup and can't be combined with other offers.
• The voucher generally stays valid for several weeks after it's issued, often cited around 30 to 40 days. Exact windows and eligible flavors are set by Crumbl and can change year to year.
• It only appears in the official Crumbl app. This site cannot generate, check, or redeem the offer for you.

On iPhone, search "Crumbl" on the App Store. On Android, search "Crumbl" on Google Play.

Make sure you install the real app published by Crumbl, LLC. A handful of unofficial "cookie menu" or "deals" apps use similar names and icons, but they can't access your Rewards account or issue a real voucher.

Once installed, create an account with your email or phone number and turn on push notifications during setup. Notifications matter more than most people expect here.

Crumbl frequently announces the weekly flavor drop and account-specific offers, like your birthday voucher, through a push alert rather than a banner you'd have to go looking for inside the app.

The exact timing depends on Crumbl's internal offer scheduling for your account, not something you can trigger manually.

For some members it lands a day or two before their birthday. For others it's the morning of, and for a smaller group it can take until a day or two after.

Because the timing varies, the more reliable habit is checking the app around your birthday rather than expecting it at a fixed hour. If your birthday has already passed by more than a few days with nothing in your Vouchers section, work through the troubleshooting steps further down this page.

Crumbl issues the voucher for a period around your birthday, then gives you several weeks to redeem it. You don't have to visit a bakery on the exact date to use it.

You can typically claim your free cookie any day within that redemption window, whether that's the day itself, the following weekend, or later in the month.

What is tied to a single date is when the voucher becomes available in the first place. That's driven by the birthday saved in your profile, not by when you happen to open the app. Once it appears, you have real flexibility on when to come in and redeem it.

If you're searching for a free Crumbl cookie today because it's your birthday, the honest answer is simple: it only works if you already meet the eligibility requirements above and the voucher has already unlocked.

There's no on-the-spot way to claim a same-day free cookie at the register without an active voucher already sitting in your account. Staff can't manually issue one just because you mention it's your birthday.

If nothing is in your app today, don't just keep refreshing the Rewards tab. Confirm your birthday is saved correctly and that your account has reached the required tier, since those two things gate whether an offer generates at all. If both are in place and you still see nothing, give it a day or two and check back.

The single most common mistake is looking in the wrong place. The voucher doesn't appear on the main Rewards or Crumbs balance screen.

It lives in the app's Vouchers section, usually accessible from the "More" or account menu, and it's typically labeled with a birthday-specific message rather than a generic offer name.

If you've confirmed you're checking Vouchers and it's still empty, work through this order: verify your birthday is saved correctly in your profile settings, confirm your account has reached the required tier, update the app to the latest version, then log out and back in to refresh your account data.

If all of that checks out and you're still within a reasonable window of your birthday with nothing showing, contact Crumbl support directly through the app.
