Crumbl Rewards

Joining is free. You do not need a paid subscription.

Download the Crumbl app from the App Store or Google Play, or open crumblcookies.com/rewards.

1. Create an account with your email or phone number, or sign in if you already have one.
2. Turn on notifications so member offers and tier perks can reach you.
3. Add your birthday in your profile early if you want the Silver birthday voucher later.
4. Sign in before every paid order so Crumbs attach to that purchase.

Your default status is Bronze. You earn Crumbs from day one at 10 Crumbs per $1 on eligible spend.

Sign in before you pay so the order attaches to your Rewards account.

Your earn rate is 10–13 Crumbs per $1, based on your tier. The app shows your current rate on the Rewards tab.

Extra earn options can appear under Earn on that same tab. Those are time-limited and account-specific, so check the app rather than assuming a public bonus.

• Use Crumbs within one year of earning them. Unused Crumbs expire.
• Uber Eats, DoorDash, and similar apps do not earn Crumbs.
• Paying with a gift card or with Crumbs usually earns nothing, except on any leftover balance paid another way.

Crumbs apply to desserts, catering, and gift cards bought through Crumbl.

Delivery fees and tips count. Taxes and service fees do not.

Catering earns at the same rate as your tier for every eligible dollar. That helps if you order large boxes for events.

Buying a gift card through Crumbl earns Crumbs on the gift-card amount. Spending that gift card later usually does not earn Crumbs again.

In the app, start an order and use eligible rewards at the top, or open Redeem in the Rewards tab.

In store, choose Rewards, enter your phone number, and confirm the code Crumbl texts you.

At 500 Crumbs you can redeem a free single large dessert. That same 500 Crumbs earned this year also unlocks Silver status.

Crumbs cannot buy gift cards or merch right now. Crumbl says that option is not available.

There is no public coupon-code program. Real savings paths are covered on the promo codes page.

Status is based on Crumbs earned in the current year — not on a lifetime total.

Higher tiers raise your earn rate and unlock perks. Confirm thresholds in the app if Crumbl updates them.

Bronze is the starting tier. You still get member offers. Keep notifications on so those deals show up.

Silver adds the birthday Free Single and Customer Picks voting, plus a higher earn rate.

Gold is aimed at people who gift boxes often. The free bow and sticker apply when you send a Crumbl gift.

Pink is the top listed tier. After the weekly drop each Sunday, Pink members can pre-order from 6–8 p.m. MST and save 5% in that window.

Silver and above can vote for flavors to run at their local store for one day.

Voting happens on the third Wednesday of each month. It is available only in the Crumbl app — not on this site.

The winning flavors are local and short-lived. Treat the national weekly board as the main menu, and Customer Picks as a one-day local add-on when your store runs it.

Silver and above can get a Free Single birthday voucher in the Crumbl app.

Save your birthday in your profile ahead of time. Reach Silver with 500 Crumbs earned this year. Then look in Vouchers, not only the main Rewards tab.

Tier progress tracks Crumbs earned this year, not Crumbs sitting unused in your wallet.

Redeeming a free dessert spends Crumbs but does not erase the Crumbs you already earned toward status.

• Order through Crumbl’s app or website, signed in — never third-party delivery for earn.
• Larger boxes and catering raise eligible spend faster than singles alone.
• Buying gift cards through Crumbl can earn Crumbs on the card amount.
• Check Earn on the Rewards tab for short-term bonus offers.
• Keep notifications on for member deals that may boost your balance.

Rough math at Bronze (10 Crumbs/$1): about $50 in eligible spend gets you near 500 Crumbs and Silver. Higher tiers need more earned Crumbs before year-end.

If an order did not add Crumbs, first confirm you were signed in at checkout.

Gift-card or Crumbs payment may explain a zero earn. Third-party delivery also earns nothing.

When the purchase should have counted, contact Crumbl Customer Assist through the official app or site and ask them to add the missing Crumbs.

This independent menu site cannot see or change your Rewards balance.

You can earn Crumbs on eligible purchases through the Crumbl app or crumblcookies.com when you are signed in.

Many tier tools live mainly in the app: Redeem, Earn, Vouchers, Customer Picks voting, and the clearest view of your current earn rate.

For birthday vouchers and most day-to-day Rewards tasks, plan on using the official app even if you sometimes order on the website.

Install only the app published by Crumbl, LLC from the App Store or Google Play. Third-party “menu” or “deals” apps cannot access your Rewards account.

Crumbl replaced Crumbl Cash with the Crumbs-based Rewards program.

Any leftover Crumbl Cash did not disappear. Open the More tab in the app to find and use it.

New earn and redeem activity uses Crumbs, not Crumbl Cash.
